I select the appropriate customs codes, calculate duties, and prepare all necessary documents for customs clearance. We check every detail to avoid any issues at customs.

Here at the M3Cargo warehouse in China, I receive shipments from suppliers, ensure everything is properly packed, and check the volume and weight. I also verify that the labeling complies with the import country’s requirements — including accurate translation, barcodes, certification marks, and labels.

I plan and oversee the entire journey of the goods — from loading at the warehouse in China to their arrival in Europe. Transport arrangements, loading and unloading operations, and cargo consolidation in containers — that’s all on us.

I manage customs clearance: I fill out the declaration, submit documents for inspection, and coordinate with customs authorities. When everything is done properly, clearance takes up to three days — after that, the goods can be legally sold on the local market.
